Terms of service
These terms apply when you use atollomobile.com or buy a travel eSIM through the Atollo app. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. The important parts are activation, device compatibility, and refunds.

Who you're dealing with
Atollo is a brand of Oboloi Pvt Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Maldives (registration C-0458/2018), based at Malé, Maldives. You can reach us at hello@oboloi.com.
What we sell
Prepaid travel eSIMs for the destinations listed on this site. Each plan is a one-time purchase with a fixed data allowance and validity period, running on the local operator named on the plan. Checkout happens in the Atollo app; after payment you install the eSIM on your device with one tap in the app.
Prices and fees
Prices are in US dollars. Every purchase is one-time and prepaid: no subscription, no auto-renewal. A small service fee applies per order; it's shown on the plan card and again at checkout before you pay, so the total you see is the total you're charged.
Activation and validity
Validity starts when the eSIM activates on the destination's local network, not when you buy. You can install the eSIM before you fly and it sits ready until you land. Once activated, the plan is consumed with the local operator and the validity clock runs continuously until it expires; unused data doesn't carry over or convert to a refund.
Your device
Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. It's your responsibility to check this before buying. Most phones from the last few years qualify, and our contact page lists the common ones. If you're unsure, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Identity checks
Some destinations legally require the local operator to verify your identity before a SIM can activate. Where that applies, it's flagged on the plan, and the check happens in the app before activation. If you don't complete a required check, the eSIM can't activate; in that case it qualifies for a refund under our refund policy.
Fair use
Plans are for personal use on your own device. Don't resell them, use them for unlawful purposes, or abuse the network. Coverage and speeds depend on the local operator; figures like "up to 4G" describe the network's capability where available, not a guarantee at every spot on every island.
Refunds
If an eSIM never activated on the local network, you get a free replacement or a full refund. Once activated, plans can't be refunded. The full policy, including what qualifies and how to claim, is on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for delivering a working eSIM that matches its description, and for honouring the refund policy when it doesn't. We're not liable for losses caused by things outside our control: local network outages, coverage gaps in remote areas, your device's compatibility, or travel disruption. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you and that can't be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and material changes will be visible on this page before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
