›Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM — iPhone XS and later, recent Pixels, and most flagship Samsungs. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked.
›Why do some destinations ask for an ID check?
A few countries legally require operators to verify identity before activating a SIM. Where that applies you'll see a note on the plan, and the check takes a couple of minutes in the app.
›When does my plan start counting down?
Validity starts when the eSIM activates on the local network — not when you buy. Install before you fly and it sits ready until you land.
›What if something goes wrong with my order?
Write to us with your order number. If an eSIM never activated, we'll sort out a replacement or a refund.
